What are the differences between Theravada and Mahayana Buddhism with respect to rites.?
I really can't find much on the net to do with different rites and rituals.
The difference is actually far greater between traditional/Asian variants of Buddhism and modernist/Western (including modernist Asian) variants, whether they be Theravada or Mahayana. Then the style of the rituals are very different from culture to culture even inside for instance the Mahayana tradition.
