how to get bouncy hair?
I've been looking at 1940s/1950s hairstyles and I really want bouncy hair. My hair is just past my shoulders and can be kinda flat at times so I want some volume.
I'm thinking about buying a set of heated rollers - will they work? I'm thinking if I use the jumbo rollers on top they will give me volume and bounce BUT I want to avoid curls... some of the tutorials I've looked at just give the girls curly hair.
Use John Freida Root Awakening hair products, or just any products that are for volumizing hair. Use rollers, but use bigger ones,like the biggest ones you can find. The smaller ones give curls and the bigger ones just give more body, which is what you're looking for. The bigger sections make it less curly for some reason and the you could also lightly finger comb your hair when you take them out too.
