Large natural breasts - question for the ladies?

I always see on here where women are seeking advice on whether or not to get a breast reduction because they hate having large breasts. Often times they will say something like, "my boyfriend really likes them but they make me self conscious" or something to that effect.

Question: Are there any ladies who are naturally well endowed and were thinking about a breast reduction, but a boyfriend/husband who absoultely loved their breasts changed their mind? I don't mean changed their mind in the sense that they won't get a reduction because their significant other likes them, but chaged their mind to actually see that natural part of themselves as beautiful and attractive?

Think about it as if you had a large penis, I mean very large to the extent that you can only use a fourth of it before it becomes lethal. The idea of big breasts to the opposite sex is very positive, just as that of a big penis to females. Just sometimes having big breasts is more of an issue medically, and stetically, so that a reduction is either medically nescessary or needed to boost self confidence. So, if you had a large penis that does no good because you cannot have sex with anyone, wouldnt you have surgery even if it sounds absurd?
