I have been taking prednisone for appx 1 month. 60 mill per day. could this be the cause of my hand cramping?
My fingers all the way to my arm are starting to painfully cramp up when I use my arm to blow dry my hair or use a pen.
Get some potassium in your diet. Oranges, Orange Juice, Bananas, yogurt are all good sources. See if that helps. And make sure you are drinking enough water, drink it cold for best results (cold water gets to your muscles quicker). Good Luck.
