Piece Birdseye

is what i have eaten ok so far?

1 piece of malted danish weight watchers toast with a bit of butter.
a bowl of fruit and nut weetabix minis with semi skimmed milk.
an orange
an apple
a small slice of strawberry cheesecake

later i am planning on eating birdseye chicken shapes with the sweetcorn in. and some veggiess and maybe a few oven chips.

would this be ok? :)
i had the orange and apple as a snack not breakfast lol.

and the cheesecake too .

im 15

You really need more protein. try a turkey or tuna sandwich.
