For someone to say that he is the second coming of Ryan Leaf is uneducated and does not really follow football, let alone the team itself. The problems with the Chargers has nothing to do with the QB position. It is the issues on defense and the inability to open up the running game like they have in previous years is what has hurt the team. Phillip Rivers has done well to keep the team alive and move the offense.
