Cinder Block Deadman bolt, turn which direction?
I have a cinder block basement wall with 6 deadman bolts, the section of cinder blocks above these bolts is starting to lean out slightly and forming a small crack along the mortar. From what i hear you must turn these bolts every once in a while to keep it from doing this. Which direction do i turn them to help correct it from leaning outward?
